Visa Details

1. Original Passport: Valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival date
2. Photographs: 2 recent passport-sized photos (35x45 mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage)

                                     Mention applicant’s name and passport number on the back of each photo

3. Visa Application Form (14A): The Visa Application Form must be fully filled in capital letters, without any overwriting. A total of five (5) signatures are required—on all relevant sections of the form, including the Part IV-Antecedent of  Applicant' column."
4. Personal Covering Letter:
   Must include:
• Travel dates and number of travelers
• Full names (as per passport), passport numbers
• Duration of stay, email ID, contact number
• Each adult applicant must sign the covering letter individually, regardless of who is sponsoring the trip
5. Return Air Ticket Copy
6. Confirmed Hotel Booking
7. Occupation Proof:
• If Employed: Last 3 months' salary slips / Company appointment letter
• If Self-Employed: Business letterhead, registration copy, last 3 years' ITR, and GST Certificate
8. Bank Statement:
• Last 3 months, updated till date
• Mandatory for all first-time adult travelers, even if someone else is bearing the cost
• If the applicant’s balance is insufficient, the sponsor’s bank statement must reflect the capacity to bear costs of all travelers
• If a family member cannot provide their bank statement, this must be clearly stated in the covering letter with confirmation of financial support by the main applicant
9. Students: Copy of valid school/college ID
10. For Minors:
• Both parents must sign the visa application form
• If traveling with one parent, a NOC from the other parent and proof of relationship are required
11. Address Proof: (If address differs from passport)
• Submit a utility bill (telephone/electricity/mobile), society letter, or rent agreement
12. Invitation Letter (if applicable): From inviter in Singapore (sample will be provided) if visiting relatives in singapore
